This site is an opinionated educational and technical resource about truly gluten-free brewing, malting, ingredients, process, and related topics.

It is not:

  • Medical advice
  • Regulatory approval
  • A product warranty
  • A consulting engagement unless I explicitly say so in writing

I share what I think, what I have learned, what I have tested, and what I believe matters. That does not create a professional relationship just because you read a page and got excited.

Who This Is For

Intellectual Property
