The documentation on this site is free and always will be. But reading the QA Trust Chain and standing up its five production gates, grain acceptance through packaging, in a real brewery are different jobs, and the difference is where batches, launches, and label claims get lost. Consultation is how we close that gap with you. The areas below are the kinds of help we give across those gates and the supply behind them.
What we work on
- Gluten-free line feasibility. You brew today and want to know what a defensible gluten-free line would actually take: dedicated equipment or validated changeover, testing cadence, documentation, and honest cost.
- Recipe and process development. Grist design, mash process, and enzyme strategy for sorghum and other gluten-free grains, including adapting your process to a specific lot's reported protein, which is the entire point of the Lot Reporting Standard.
- QA chain implementation. The receiving, records, and release discipline of gates 4 and 5, built into your existing workflow.
- Seller-side setup. For malthouses and grain handlers: gluten-free handling, per-lot documentation, and meeting the seller registration bar.
- Grower and seed-company setup. For farmers and seed companies growing sorghum for malt: what a malting buyer asks for, the contract terms to settle before planting, and the field and harvest records that travel with each lot.
How engagements work
Engagements are fixed-scope with a defined deliverable by default. The deliverable is an assessment, a process, or a documentation system.
